RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used car air fresheners, personalized products, custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
